Mine is a 2 piece chicken and chips meal with a drink from the local chicken shop..

Haven't had it in years but tinned chicken in white sauce. Just on its own!

One of those lunchable boxes with the plastic cheese and ham and crackers. If I happen to do the shopping at Tesco instead of Aldi I secretly eat one in the car before driving home.

I have no idea why because DP eats all kinds of rubbish but it feels like something I wouldn’t want him to know I eat 😂

Their is a margarita pizza (frozen) that you can get in little mini shop . One stop or nissa places like that . It's about £1 . I just love them .

Another on a cold winter night when no one is looking is faggots chips and mushy peas . The gravy from the faggots all over the chips .

Yes but I go ready salted 🤪 . I mush them up into tiny pieces .

KFC zinger box meal with gravy and a milky bar Krushem

Domino’s hot and spicy pizza with a giant garlic and herb dip

Donner kebab in pitta with tons of lettuce, onion, garlic sauce and chillis. Cheesy chips on the side.

I need a takeaway now 🤤

McDonald's fish burger and strawberry thick shake. I sometimes go to the drive-through when I'm working. I have one colleague who knows, and I sometimes get her something. Nobody's else at work though, because it's our secret

Do people genuinely eat in secret? Why the shame? I love a dirty kebab swimming in mayo but will eat with family, friends, strangers!

It used to be a mini kiev sandwich but they changed the recipe. Bastards.

Half a block of extra mature cheddar, put in a stilton pot and melted, eaten with a fork as it thickens back up, each scoop dipped in the oil/fat that sits on the top. I don't eat it in secret but it is now a very rare treat. I had reasoned with myself that it's basically a runny pizza, just saving myself the pizza base calories.🤐

At home... beans and sausages out of a tin with hash browns and scrambled egg!

Reading some of the "naughty" meals here it's baffling how most of the population is overweight...

I'm a healthy BMI and wouldn't think twice about having most of these.

It's just food!

I'm off back home to NZ unexpectedly this week - and my mantra for dealing with the marathon long haul economy flight is 'savs and sausage rolls'. I'm not sure which I'm going to run for first, at the other end!

This is one of my favourites as well. I also add a little tin of sweetcorn.

My favourite 'eat on my own' meal is chicken kievs from M&S with potato dauphinoise and creamed spinach from M&S.

Pesto pasta! With some quorn 'chicken' pieces, cherry tomatoes and grated extra mature cheddar on top! I try to eat very little ultra processed food and this is my ultimate lazy dinner when I'm feeling naughty!
