Protein powder

I've just signed up for Joe Wicks and saw that a few recipes have protein powder. I've never used any before.

Is it really needed? If so where do you get it??

I’m unsure about his recipe requirements but I use Bulk protein powder in my breakfast smoothie, it comes in different flavours, I opt for the vegan variety as I don’t want the whey.

It will just be a way of getting you to your protein requirements for the day. If you’re getting enough protein from other sources then you won’t need to worry about protein powder but if you want to buy it then you can get it from Amazon, supermarkets, Holland and Barratt. I find the whey disagrees with my stomach and the vegan stuff is grainy and horrible so I don’t bother.

Primeoflife,
protein powder is a great addition to any diet, but it depends what it is for. Presumably it is for stuff like protein pancakes etc in which case Optimum Nutrition whey protein on amazon is a great one to use.
If you need anymore help please feel free to message me :)
