What's tasty that I can make with chicken breasts? (Not curry)

Warning - this is a very random and extremely trivial question but... what can I make with chicken breasts that is really tasty but not curry? We've had curry already this week and I'm trying to use things up rather than order Deliveroo even though I'm tempted

Chicken casserole

Chicken oxo cube, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp black pepper. Mix with 1 cup boiling water.

Add Diced potato, carrots, leek, diced chicken breast.

Cover with cold water and mix.

Cook in oven in a lidded dish for 2 hours at 180c.

Add chicken gravy granules at the end 😋

Slit a pocket and stuff with either Boursin cheese or deskinned caramelised red onion sausages/chorizo, wrap in bacon and roast in the oven. Serve with mash and green beans.
Or slow cook in a mushroom sauce and serve with new potatoes and green salad.

Schnitzel!

Cut the chicken into cubes and marinade in some oil, salt and pepper, chilli flakes (chipotle if you have them), Tabasco and tomato pure.

Make a salsa with finely chopped onion, cucumber, tomato, fresh chilli and coriander, with salt and pepper and a splash of wine vinegar.

Cook the chicken and serve with the salsa, rice, grated cheese, guacamole and sour cream and tortillas for everyone to make their own wraps.

Normandy chicken is delicious and dead easy. Fry onion, apple, chicken etc. off then add stock, cream cheese, rice vinegar, stock and mustard and bung in oven for 30 mins. We are having it tonight. www.gousto.co.uk/cookbook/recipes/oven-baked-normandy-chicken-apple-casserole

You could do chicken stir fry with ginger, soy, spring onions and lime zest with lots of strips of red and yellow peppers, baby corn and sugar snaps.

Or, cook it in a creamy sauce with leeks and button mushrooms, tarragon and lemon zest, served with rice and steamed broccoli

Or dip it in cornflour mixed with seame seeds and fry it until crisp and toss it in a salad of your choosing (crunchy lettuce eg romaine or iceberg and then anything else you fancy adding) with garlic croutons or garlic bread

Or cook with passata, sweetcorn, red onions and red peppers and serve in wraps or taco shells with guacamole and sour cream

Chicken soup. (Stew)

Fry chicken, carrots and onions, add water when cooked plus balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil if you have it, coriander leaves. Tin of butter or cannellini beans plus peas and sweetcorn.
