Bloody Tesco grocery delivery cancelled!

Got nothing in & it's been cancelled!

Errr, they're supposed to invest in their technology and processes so this doesn't happen every couple of weeks. They're not meant to just shrug their shoulders and go ah well, shit happens ...

Mine was cancelled and refunded, but then the driver turned up and delivered anyway! I'm now waiting to see if they invoice me for my shopping or whether it will be a freebie! 😁

Firstly, Tesco HAVE invested in updating their systems recently. It's a teething issue, essentially.

Secondly, this is only the second time it's happened! It's rare.

My Ocado was cancelled this evening. Spoke to driver who was running late, all fine then got message about an hour later saying not coming, rebook so now tomorrow night. Bloody hope they repack it as everything will be one day nearer use by date. 😡

They seem to be making a habit of this recently. Between cancelled deliveries, short expiry dates and inappropriate substitutions I think I’ve maybe had enough.

Mine turned up on time today, bonus of no missing items or subs.

I changed mine to today, still awaiting delivery but it's tracking as a little late. Must be as a result of all the cancelled ones yesterday.

I'm not renewing my delivery pass in October

Is anyone else having trouble getting onto the app or website this evening?
