Instrumental / classical pieces of music to cry to

The title sounds sad doesn't it! But I mean this in a healthy 'emotional release' kind of way. Keeps me balanced.

I currently have a favourite piece of music that often moves me to tears and very occasionally I like to submerge myself in it and let the tears come.
It's called Shape of my Heart by Michael Logozar and it's absolutely beautiful.

I'd love some suggestions for other pieces like this if anyone has any? I can't keep listening to the same piece over and over again.
Do others do this too or am I a very sad individual?

Dvorak's Nocturne in B. Spine tingling.

Also:

Wagner, Siegfried Idyll

Debussy, Reverie (esp in the piano rendition by Lang Lang)

And one that's very different but always gets me - Shostakovich, Assault on Beautiful Gorky

Ooh yes, I haven't listened to that for ages but I love it.
Also Romance from the Gadfly.
I like quite a lot of Shostakovich actually but somehow tend to forget about him!
Another piece composed for a film that I think is very moving is The Warsaw Concerto by Richard Addinsell. Apparently Rachmaninov was asked to compose for the film Dangerous Moonlight but refused so they asked Addinsell to compose in the style of Rachmaninov and he absolutely nailed it!

Richard Adinsell worked with the wonderful Joyce Grenfell as her accompaniest for many years.... 💙
