What do you use your food processor for?

I've just bought a decent food processor and can't wait to try it out. What magic do you make with yours?

Grating carrot
Soup
Hummus
Pureeing beetroot for brownies
Making veggie burgers
Crushing ice for slushies

Honestly it was worth buying it for the carrots alone 😂

Chopping veggies small for half mince/half vegetable bolognese 😉
