What sort of dog do you think this is. She's 9 months old . Dd thinks she's a staff . I think she's not. Well at least not a full staff . What fo you think ?

I'm not getting the Dane vibe from the head. We bred them for years and my first thought was maybe slightly Dane body wise but not that face. It's a Staffie face.

This is my brother's Dog when he was a pup (he's bigger now!) and he is a Staffie x Lab x Collie

I’d say staffy cross lab cross pointer. Face v similar to a friends lab x pointer but a bit of staffy too.

Mastiff x? Mastiff seem to be the new popular breed.

I don’t think she’s a staff x lab: we’ve got one of those and know a further 6 or so and none of them are a long limbed. Much more staff looking faces too.

What's the story? Did someone pay a small fortune for a "pedigree" staffy?

Apart from just looks, she looks way way too big to be a staffy.

I’d say staffy x lab or mastiff x something smaller and leaner

As someone who works within the DDA, If that dog is in the U.K., I would suggest being careful with posting her photo and make sure she is impeccably behaved as if she is noticed by the authorities she would almost certainly be seized and assessed as being a pitbull.

A DNA test isn’t considered evidence, it goes on checking her physical characteristics and body measurements and she certainly has several of the ones that classify a APBT.

Looks like a bull lurcher (staffy/lurcher), especially in the second photo. She’s beautiful!!

My best guess is Staff/Great Dane or Staff/Great Dane/Lurcher mix. You’ll probably have a better idea in a couple of years once she’s matured as they change a lot while they’re young.

Imo she looks more like an american pitbull mixed with a lab.

I think there's pointer in there, maybe a bit of podenco too.

It would be easier with a photo of her standing/moving, but my guess is Staff X Lurcher. And Lurcher's is a cross-breed in itself, so could introduce anything.

I'd hope it wasn't a Staff X Collie, that could end up 'interesting'.
