Best European Christmas market for city break?

Really torn. We have 3 days to spend somewhere, I adore Christmas and want to go somewhere super festive. Recommendations?

Currently considering Prague, Berlin and Cologne. Open to comments on all of these or suggestions for anywhere else.

I went to one in Edinburgh last year and it was awful. Very tacky

I thought it was excellent when I went, but it was back in 2016, so pre-covid and Brexit.

The Winchester one was quite nice (again, I've not been since covid, Brexit has probably had less of an impact as it was mainly/all UK producers), but the mulled wine does not compare with the German Gluehwein (neither does vin chaud).
