Has anyone been recently?

Were not overly precious about accommodation, we have 3 young dc (6, 2, almost 1 year old) but do want clean, looking at going in the October half term for their ‘spooktacular’.

Been looking at their cheap dining plan to stay on budget - is the food nice? Again not precious (we’re campers normally so happy with what we get most of the time) but don’t want to get poorly.

Any advice/recommendations welcome!

We've just got back . Unfortunately had to complain as accommodation was dirty . But they did their best to rectify guest services were great . Despite that had great time I gave 3 dc similar ages and the entertainment/ pool etc is excellent. We had a fabulous time .
Can't comment on dining plan as we self catered. Will be going again.

That’s great to know, thank you. Did you hear from anyone there re. The food?

Love their just for tots break - I imagine we'll take DD until she hates it because it's so good for kids.

Our apartment was clean, guest services were really responsive when we asked for extra towels. Can't really say anything else.

We went self-catering too, but went to some of the restaurants on site which were fine, standard (although more expensive) pub grub really. Can't comment on the dining plan because the thought of having to get toddler DD out of the house for brekkie was unthinkable really!!

We went at the start of the summer and was great. The accommodation was a bit tired but clean enough for us. We ate in a couple of nights and out a few other times. The food was good for families - like others said, more like standard pub food. I think i'd consider the dining plan if we went again as we did spend quite a lot! I think it means your fixed on times you can go certain places though.

Three types of dinning plan. Food court, premium and dinearound. Premium is best. All you can eat. Plus live cooking stations. Kids can eat anything from any counter. Food court is similar to premium but with less options. Dinearound is most expensive but gives less choice. Kids can only eat from menu...only 2 courses. And you have to book. Food court and premium you just turn up when they are open.

It’s gone down hill massively place is dirty now and food is very expensive lots of food poisoning going on there over last few months aswell I would eat away from the site if I was you.

The dining plan restricts you in the times you can eat which isn’t ideal if you are trying to see the shows, so I never both with it, all the restaurants on site do quite good value kids menus.
