What's a 'flow butt or a butt flow'
Sounds a bit like Dorset knobs

I expect it was meant to be Water Butt - but the poster hadn't noticed that Flows had crept in first. A Water Butt collects rainwater by diverting it off a drainpipe from the roof of a house, greenhouse or whatever.
