We've been lucky enough to have a wonderful holiday and we're leaving tomorrow :(

It's just struck me that I will miss the bidet

What impossible things would you love to keep from your summer hols?

from our holiday this year the on tap cocktails and the bed it was the most comfortable bed i have slept in somewhere away from my own comfy bed

All inclusive, help yourself prosecco - pink and white. Been back 2 weeks and I still miss it

The pillows, the coastal paths, the cat

I also miss the bidet!

And the pool.

Warmth and endless sunshine.

The enormous water park. I decided today it would utterly transform family life if my DC could do this every day.

Massive top loader washing machine and separate dryer in its own utility room. Sodding Americans and their massive houses!

The stepping stones through a shallow pool to get to my front door. Wouldn’t be quite the same coming home lugging heavy shopping bags though.

Beds, duvets, A/C. Room all ship shape when you return from a day out.

I think that I love not have so much stuff the most.

We did see a house for sale yesterday with a pool that theoretically we could afford, but I’m not sure we’d love it as much as being away.

you can easily solve the bidet. We added a heated bidet topper. Best thing ever.
