Italian eurocamp /canvas style holiday

Hi all xx has anyone got any recommendations for a euro camp style holiday park in Italy?
I've been looking at Norcenni Girasole but wondered if there was anything else that would beat it, in terms of pools, entertainment or even closeness to towns etc.
I hate the idea of being trapped on site and having to stay there every evening. But I'm not sure if my nerves could take being in the car .I've heard the roads can be pretty crazy ( or is this an urban myth!!)
Can anyone help me !!!!!

@OneFrenchEgg that looks so pretty 😍 I think my teenagers are a big for thr pool area though!! Would be great if I was just taking my little ones x

We have teens but I think we will head to the lake if we go, it's a short walk from there. Plus 20 mins to the village. I just fancy something with apartments and lots of space.

@Sanfranciscobabe I've just been looking at this site actually. It looks lovely 😍 was it easy to get to, did you fly or drive? Also how far from the town is it??

We used sun transfers but it was 4 years ago - looking at the email it cost €121 return but I think you can get quotes online.

@SlipperyLizard thank you 😊 hope you didn't mind all my questions!!

We've just come home from a Eurocamp holiday at Portofelice. Lovely site, but better booked direct I think (Eurocamp accommodation not that great). We hired a car and did lots of days out.

@Allthegoodusernamesareused did you have a lovely holiday 😊 is the site quite isolated. Did you need to hire a car ??

We could definitely have managed without a car, there were bus stops outside, and the park organise trips to a local water park. Plus there is loads for kids to do on the park itself. We prefer the freedom of hiring a car, but there were plenty of families there who hadn't.
