So peptibismol is out of stock everywhere!!!!

DS is feeling iffy, naesuas and now been sick. Pep usually settles his tummy but apparently a shortage everywhere.

Can you suggest an alternative?

I find charcoal tablets can help when my tummy is upset.

Andrews Liver Salts can help. It is very frustrating about Peptol Bismol. I tried getting it over 6 months ago with no luck.

I posted this same thing the other day. It's so annoying. My mum is sending me some from NY.

It's the only thing that works for me too.

TheDoveFromAboveCooCoo · 20/07/2022 14:48

My nana swears by andrews salts.

I would suggest kolanticon gel but I think that is also out of stock.

What age? There are lots of anti sickness tablets you can buy in a pharmacy.

Might be an old wives talks but always worked for me- a glass of full fat flat cola with a spoon of sugar in, have to down it but it has saved me so many times with sickness bugs. Like I say may all be in my head but has always worked x

RedCarsGoFaster · 20/07/2022 15:25

What's making him nauseous?

I'm surprised they didn't offer Buccastem, Stugeron et.

PattyMelt · 20/07/2022 15:29

Milk of magnesia is a good suggestion for upset tummy/nausea. Might make him poop though.
I've been using Rennie Orange or Spearmint chewables.
