If you are overweight have your ankles swollen in the heat?

Mine have. Not very much and they go down at night.
I hate how it looks. It's a good incentive to try and lose some weight.
I've really struggled the last few days.

Thats a depressing sounding phrase - celery juice

Didnt know there was such a thing. I could perhaps tolerate coconut water. I thought potassium is in bananas and they make me feel a bit sicky

I'm enormous and they're not swollen at all, didn't really swell during pregnancy either. Not sure why, the rest of me is immense.

Swollen ankles can be a sign of heart or kidney problems so just be cautious.

Mine have swollen in the heat ever since I was pregnant with DS 4 years ago. I'm a bit overweight but not massively (BMI 26)
