LDS many many years ago was way too strong for me and was paranoid as hell. Had me suffering with anxiety for a long time after but I was young and had no clue. Magic Mushrooms so much nicer and just giggled all night with my friends drinking our pokee tea many a moon ago. They are doing studies now about magic mushrooms helping with ptsd and all results are promising.
