Employer not paying me

I was told I would be paid by bank transfer today.
I finished my shift at 1.30pm and still haven't been paid, I've contacted the company twice but they just say it'll be paid today
Not really sure what to do

I didn't get a contract annoyingly, I was actually paid yesterday it came through about 8.30pm but as suspected it hasn't gone through hmrc Confused

If you didnt fill any forms in with your ni. You didnt suspect it wasnt going through HMRC, you knew it wasnt.
