What meals can you do apart from salad without using an oven or much heat trying to think ahead a bit

We had this when we lived in a one-room roof flat in Germany the year they had a heatwave XD

We found it's best to avoid boiling anything on the hob, but short periods of frying didn't heat the room up too much. Microwave also heats food without heating the room.

So we'd have things like:

Microwave cooked salmon
Cold pasta salad bought from supermarket
Sandwiches
Salads
Beans/egg on toast
Little thin sausages, thin pork chops/minute steaks in frying pan
Stir fry
Jacket potato in microwave
Kebabs cooked on a griddle pan
Chips from nearby takeaway as a side dish - could also do fried rice. Not as expensive as a full takeaway.
Microwave frozen peas (In UK, Bird's Eye do these amazing microwave veg packs too that I miss.)
Microwave rice
Instant noodles made into "ramen" (add frozen peas, tinned sweetcorn, tiny chopped veg/ham/cold chicken etc)
Cold cooked chicken from supermarket
Picnic food

Bread, olives, artichokes, cheese, meats, fruits, capers, pickled garlic, tapenade, sundried tomatoes, goats cheese stuffed mini peppers, olive oil, stuffed vine leaves, ready to eat meat and fish from the supermarket, defrosted cooked peeled prawns, quiches, assorted snacks from the supermarket; not one lettuce leaf need touch your lips.

Quiche/sausage rolls/pork pie - served with coleslaw, potato salad, cherry tomatoes etc.
Pate and crusty bread.
Cheese board with various different cheeses, grapes, celery and bread/crackers.
Steak, cooked rare, so not using the frying pan for very long!
Warm chicken or pork bought ready cooked from the rotisserie at Tesco.

Salad and cold meats here. Halloumi salad is my favourite ( it does involve cooking the halloumi but it's fairly quick).

oops sorry, didn't read properly - but really, if you're not going to cook that leaves Cold Stuff, which is sandwiches and salad...

oh, and I find my appetite increases when it's hot.
