Tackling under-boob sweat

If you're like me and pretty massive in the chest department, what do you do to keep the under-boob sweat away in this heat?
(I swear I'm not a boob sweat troll)

I've considered using deodorant but so worry about it feeling sticky and gross. Is there anything else I should consider?

I do not have massive norks but have still been cursed with intertrigo caused by sweatiness under my modestly sized boobs.Sad Menopause thing for me I think.

I can’t wear most bras any more, all of them make the problem worse due to the material in the straps - but the 100% cotton bra liners from Amazon squeezed inside these sort of boob tube bralettes I’ve got has definitely sorted the problem for me. 👍

OoglyMoogly · 16/07/2022 15:46

I use a medicated talc-free body powder.

kizzywizz · 16/07/2022 22:01

2 panty liners stuck back to back and put under your boobs soaks up any sweat.

PinkArt · 16/07/2022 23:37

Stealth boasts? Who on earth thinks that boob sweat is something to boast about!
Mitcham stick deodorant is getting me through the summer. Works for chub rub too if my giant thighs aren't also considered a stealth boast.

I’m an F cup - used to have this issue but have started to wear M&S underwired sports bras which are v breathable so I don’t get this anymore

They are supportive & comfortable, shaker like a normal bra, possibly slightly flattening so I wouldn’t wear for a night out but daytime/work etc they are perfect

DRICLOR! Or Sweat Block wipes

ChiefWiggumsBoy · 17/07/2022 00:45

Roll on Mitchum if I can be arsed. Generally I just let it get on and do it’s own thing - I’m not ever going to be exercising and need to stop it from showing through my clothing.

mortaggar · 17/07/2022 00:58

Panty liners stuck to you bra band under the cups.

XenoBitch · 17/07/2022 01:45

Talc powder

TheNestedIf · 17/07/2022 02:18

Perspirex underneath and in between. Top up with deodorant (preferably men's) in the same areas.

TheNestedIf · 17/07/2022 02:19

*spray on

FavouritePi · 17/07/2022 03:25

Burt's Bees Cream to Powder seems to do the trick at the moment.

I've never heard of bra liners, so thank you to the PP who suggested those, I've got a few uncomfortable bras they may help with too!

Nat6999 · 17/07/2022 03:46

Mitchum cream deodorant or their gel one, the gel one you can apply & shower & it carries on working.

Coastalcreeksider · 17/07/2022 07:35

Last night I had a shower and found the Mitcham deodorant I bought a while back but wasn't using at the back of a drawer and rolled that under my boobs.

This morning, I woke up and underneath was completely dry!

I may try some of the other suggestions as well, particularly the under the bra liners, so thanks everyone!😀

I find wearing a sports type bra doesn’t help, they need separating. And Asda liquid talc is great.

Paranoidandroidmarvin · 17/07/2022 10:37

I found liquid talc helps with the chaffing. I tried deodorant but it just made me sore. So now I just sweat

mommybear1 · 18/07/2022 17:23

Thanks for these tips for a 36HH it's been a life saver! I tried Mitchum yesterday and it was ok I've tried the Asda liquid talc today- flippin marvellous stuff definitely a winner for me and my boobs 😂😂

Badger1970 · 18/07/2022 17:37

I've suffered an awful lot less since having a bra measure and getting the right size underwired bras. Never wear "soft" bras as having your norks supported makes the world of difference.
