@Peridot1 losing a streak of 90 must have felt so awful, let alone the twitter person of 246 that must have hurt! My max streak is 62, I tend to get around there then lose, I'm currently up to 49 eek. I just remembered someone asked about streaks recently, and I forgot to answer sorry!

Yes! This very nearly did for me today! I hate it when you run through the remaining letters "saying it in your head" and^ automatically think well that's not a word^

I had that problem a couple of weeks ago when the answer was LIVER and I thought I was being smart cos I considered the US spelling of LITER, then rhymed all possible words with that and ignored Lee-ver as a word...

@BruceAndNosh I congratulated once myself for thinking an answer may be "color" as it was an American spelling. Nope.

We should coin a word for that feeling when the first four letters flip over green....then the fifth letter doesn't
