Wonder what they will call her? Older children are Grace & Arthur, I would imagine it will be something traditional like her siblings.

I was just reading about it and apparently that was the official line, Meghan declined at last minute so as not to upstage the proceedings apparently!

They obviously didn't think it was a serious relationship & probably didn't want vogue in the wedding photos! Just speculating out loud!

Just researched when Spencer & Vogue meet (apparently Jan 2017). The wedding was in May 2017. Spencer was a well known serial womaniser/shagger. I wouldn’t necessarily blame them for not allowing him to bring a girlfriend he’s not known for that long with his track record. I imagine Pippa & James didn’t want to take a risk and have a random ex end up in the photo album.

To be fair, it may not be a reflection of Vogue that she was not invited to Pippa's wedding. Spencer was a huge player so they probably didn't want to invite a girlfriend of his as he had never properly committed to a partner until her. (Closet Made in Chelsea fan here so have watched him repeatedly being a massive player!)
I do find it fascinating that Spencer and Vogue must see quite a bit of William and Catherine, if only at all the christenings!

I know who Pippa Middleton is, obvs, but I had no idea how many children she has and clicked on the thread half wondering if she was Pippa Matthews. It's not 'posturing' to not know the personal details of everyone connected to the RF.

She's Charlotte Elizabeth Diana all names from William's side... Charlotte being the female version of Charles..

@Spencerfig Charlotte and Caroline mean the same thing - little Charles. So Charlotte honours Carol too.

Charlotte is Pippas middle name so honors her.

I'm away too invested in this😅 I really like & admire the Middle family as a whole, they seem like a very strong, supportive bunch.

I don’t understand why you’d click on a thread about people you haven’t heard of / have no interest in and then further waste your time asking who they are (Googling would take less time presumably).

I listen to Vogue and Spencer's podcast, and they never, ever mention James and Pippa, even when they're just back from a holiday together. I presume they are deliberately being discreet.
I'd say Vogue and Pippa get on ok. They are both outdoorsy (e.g. Vogue won the Bear Grylls Mission Survive show a few years ago, and horse-rides), and have the link of each having 3 kids under five.

I'd imagine P&J were cautious about who they invited to their wedding as she would probably want her sister (aka the most photographed woman in the world atm) to be able to actually let her hair down without some new-to-the-scene girlfriend putting loads of photos on Insta of Kate and William dancing or whatever.

James’ middle name, his mother’s middle name and his brother’s first name are all Spencer. Possible middle name option? Although it doesn’t seem their style but they clearly like honouring family members.

For those saying that Pippa must shudder at Vogue. It really doesn’t take much of a Google to see that they do spend time together and seem like they get on.

why would they not get on or at least be ok with each other as family? They both actually seem to have very similar interests (sport and fitness for one) their 3 children are all very similar in ages as Pippa’s are each only a couple of months younger than Vogue’s each time.

Spencer has talked in the past about how his two brothers were extremely close in age and very close where as he is 10/12 years younger so not as close to James (Michael died) plus Spencer was raised in the Caribbean where as the older brothers went to English boarding schools and were then both young adults when he was at school so it stands to reason that the two families aren’t always in each other’s pockets.

vogue has mentioned before that Pippa is very private so she clearly respects that pubically.

Vogue also isn’t an impoverished urchin being dragged into the British elite, her parents are successful and well off. But Irish accent and her name (neither of which she could choose) brings out the snobbery in people.
