Hypnos, Simba, or Emma?

What mattress should we get??

Doth myself and dp have niggling back issues, we have bought a new sofa which is getting delivered next month, and are looking at getting a new mattress as well. Want to get something quality so it lasts, and we have a noticeable difference in comfort and sleep.

But cant decide between hypnos (premier inn bed), emma, or simba! They have sales on atm so are all around £500-£600, so no massive difference in price that can sway us either way, so thought i would ask for personal experience!

Does anyone strongly recomend or strongly advise against any of our options??

To add, I hate the simba almost as much as I hate my Shark anti-hair wrap cordless vacuum.

Just to throw another name into the mix, we have a Brook & Wilde mattress and love it. It’s also a hybrid one. They have a 100 day trial period and also have a sale on at the moment!

Definitely wouldn’t recommend the Emma - DD has back issues and it is definitely contributing to her pain at the minute, waking up very sore etc. It was only bought last year so don’t want to have to replace it so soon but it looks like we don’t have much choice. Back to the mattress minefield we go😩

Ive ordered an eve premium hybrid mattress, hopefully its good! Had a look at which? Reviews and it scores pretty highly so fingers crossed its a good one!

I don't think you'll regret that choice, OP - I hope you love it as much as we love ours!

I had an Emma and hated it - it was rock hard so I gave it away. I now have a simba which is fine but if I had a choice I would go tempur every time. Best mattresses ever (but bloody heavy so no fun making the bed)
