For those who consistently have low scores, do you have a set of opening guesses you use each time?

If there's no hint at all in the redacted text then some basics (the, a, an, be, in, of) and then broad categories (science, music etc etc). Today there's a broad hint in the two words in brackets at the start, the typography of their letter counts helps a lot.

i use certain things to try and get the right area like science art culture language history animal water war law nation environment, then when one gives some positives would try and narrow it down like science would then try physics electric biology plant engineer nuclear etc etc

Does anyone ever press 'reveal words' and it works? Once I've got it I would prefer to see the words be revealed in the format used when guessing. I don't like seeing the page so much. I can't figure out what the 'reveal the words' function is if not to reveal the words as they are.

@Breathmiller yes, I do it on my phone, and if I turn on reveal words then go and tap on each of the individual black boxes it shows me the word that goes in it.
