Anyone that's tried CBD can you tell me how it benefitted you and improved your life? I've ordered some capsules that should be arriving today. Hopefully to help with sleep but I also suffer from other issues so hoping it's a good all rounder.

I know people who swore by them helping their anxiety.

Thank you. I'm very anxious too and struggle to sleep until I've checked the doors and windows 7 or so times so hopefully they'll help with that a bit too

Haven't tried the capsules but I find the drinks invaluable - really helpful and help me calm down within twenty minutes or so. No negative side effects.

That's great. I also love your username! Fantastic.😆

No different to those who have a glass of wine at the end of the day to relax, in fact it's probably better for you :)

That's what I thought. I don't drink, don't smoke, so I have nothing really to help me wind down at night.

CBD oil: Have the benefits been overstated? www.bbc.co.uk/news/health-48950483
One sample, bought at a high street pharmacy chain, had no CBD in it at all and was selling for well over £50. Only 38% of the products tested had levels of CBD within 10% of the amount advertised on the bottle.

I can only assume the incredibly expensive CBD I bought was lacking in very much CBD as it was totally useless for my anxiety. Medication prescribed by the GP has been far more helpful tbh. I hope you find something that works for you soon but it may be helpful to self refer for CBT to help break the cycle of checking doors & windows, and help you to feel safe without doing so.

Thank you. I'm already doing CBT as I suffer from psychotic depression. Hopefully it will help, but if not I've not spent much on it so it's no great loss.
