Feeling weak after eating white bread - coelic, intolerance or just low blood sugar?

I've noticed a few hours after eating white bread I feel weak and shaky and like I have low blood sugar levels. I presumed it was due to my blood sugar levels dropping after white carbs but I tested my levels with a friend's blood glucose monitor and they were pretty normal (6.0). I'm wondering whether it could indicate an intolerance to gluten? I never notice this feeling with any other food, only white bread. It doesn't happen after eating sweets.

There's gluten in all types of bread and many other foods - pastry products, cakes, biscuits being the obvious ones but in lots of less obvious foods.
If it's only white bread that upsets you you're unlikely to be coeliac.

If coeliac you’d be affected by all gluten containing foods, you could always request a blood test though.
White bread used to have added gluten, might still, to make it more stretchy, give it a lighter texture so if you’re intolerant ( not the same as coeliac but still uncomfortable) it could be that.

I'm gluten sensitive and white bread, especially french bread/baguettes used to make me vomit, shiver, headachey and sleepy. I don't eat wheat bread anymore & limit gluten in other products as much as possible. As@Maytodecember suggested, a bloodtest would show anything up.

Funnily enough baguettes are what made me notice the pattern, I feel really weak after eating french bread. I think it would be helpful to have a blood test to see, but in mean time I will just avoid white bread!
