Easy school fete baking - help!

Hi bakers!

I can do basic baking, cupcakes etc but am rubbish at making things look nice. Also can't easily transport iced cupcakes to a school fete. So please help with easy recipes that look presentable and are robust enough to stick in a sandwich bag or something. Nothing involving rubbing fat into flour as that never works for me, think I have hot hands or something! I would much rather give a donation than faff about baking let alone actually attending the flipping fete but can't see that being an option anytime soon where I am.... And the school are generally great so I do want to help out. Thank you in advance from an exasperated mum with limited time and patience for baking :) (I may not reply until tomorrow but I haven't disappeared!).

Apple turnovers using bought puff pastry.

Quite quick (takes me 1/2 an hour) and really delicious. Granddaughter loves them.

2 peeled and chopped
apples
1 Tablespoon brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
Pack of thawed frozen puff pastry, roiled put, cut into squares
Flour, for dusting work surface
1 large egg, whisked
Demerara sugar

Preheat the oven to 180°. Line two baking sheets with greaseproof paper

In a large bowl, stir together the apples, brown sugar, cinnamon and lemon juice.

Unfold the puff pastry sheets onto a lightly floured work surface.

Using a rolling pin, gently roll over the pastry to seal any perforations then cut each sheet into 4 squares

Using a slotted spoon, scoop a portion of the apple mixture into the center of each puff pastry square then fold the pastry across diagonally to form triangles.

Using a fork, crimp together the edges then transfer the turnovers to the prepared baking sheets, spacing them at least 2 inches apart.

Cut three small slits in the tops of each turnover then brush them with the egg. Sprinkle the turnovers with the demerara sugar.

Bake the turnovers for 10-12 minutes or until they’re golden brown and puffed. Transfer the turnovers to a rack to cool then serve warm or at room temperature.

S'mores

Lay out as many plain digestive biscuits as will fit on the microwave turntable (usually 7) and put a marshmallow on each one. Microwave for 10-15 seconds until the marshmallows swell up a bit, then splat the marshmallows down with a chocolate digestive on top of each.
Move all the biscuits to a cooling rack over a baking tray (chocolate side down) and pour chocolate over the top.

Banana bread is very easy if no one has suggested it although people might be banana breaded out after covid lock down

I might well have a go at the apple turnovers at home, thank you!
Lots of great ideas everyone :) I used to make chocolate fridge cake all the time but haven't done it for years so that might be one to rediscover...

Apple can be substituted with Nutella or biscoff spread for an even less wholesome bake.

Haha maybe with chocolate buttons and sprinkles on top just to make sure?
