Yes. Pit the cherries first. Put everything into a bag, add any other fruits you get over the next few weeks.
Then go to Waitrose and buy a bottle of Kirsch. I haven't found the real stuff anywhere else and the alternative, cheap versions are foul. Put the bottle at the back of a cupboard.
Make an ultimate chocolate brownie, Baking Mad site, and freeze that back too.
One day you will remember you have all three. Vanilla ice cream is good to have too.
Chocolate brownie goes into a warmish oven for about 20 minutes to defrost and be warm.to hot all the way through.
Put the ice cream out to defrost.
Fruit goes into a frying pan on quite a bit heat. Splosh a couple of tablespoons of Kirsch in and set light to it. Swish it all around and keep on swishing until the fruit is defrosted and warmed through.
