Yoghurt pastry

Just watching tonight's Eat Well For Less and am intrigued by the Greek yoghurt/flour/water pastry.

I've googled but I can't see a recipe that doesn't also have lots of oil or butter in it but they seemed to use just the 3 ingredients. Does anyone have a recipe?

Try looking for 2 ingredient magic dough

I use a Joe Wicks recipe for pizza dough which is just Greek yoghurt, sr flour, salt and baking powder. You dry fry it first then make up pizza as normal.

It's kind of like a pita bread as it separates inside a bit. I've also added garlic and made garlic bread with it.

That dough can also be used to make 'doughnut holes' in the slow cooker with sweetener and cinnamon as a coating.

I'm sure there's more you can make with it.

100g Greek yogurt to 100g of SR flour. Kneed for 3-5 mins. Roll to pastry. Does not need resting and can be used straight away.

Great for flatbreads

Equal parts flour & 0% Greek yoghurt. 50g of each is enough for one pizza or flatbread

Ah, great. Thank you all!

I use this for flatbreads with chicken, like a pitta style, quick, no additives and really tasty

I was eyeing up the Greek yoghurt in my fridge for this earlier - it doesn't state it's a "live" yoghurt - does it need to be live to work?

I use this one. Easy but looks impressive when you dish it up.
