I feel after I take my kids to school like just now im now thinking what should I do. The washing is on house was cleaned yesterday all jobs that need doing have been done dinner prepped for tonight and its just too hot im sat on the sofa thinking so what do I do now.
Because of certain logistics with husbands work and some other things in life, I'm currently not working but when the kids are at school I find the hours so quiet and lonely. My very few friends I have are at work/ or ive spoken to recently in the last few days. My parents are away so can't see them i find the TV goes on more these days to keep me entertained as I don't really have any other hobbies

I sympathise OP. It can be soul destroying waving everyone off for the day and wondering what you're going to make up for yourself to do to fill the time. I've had to do it at various times over the years. It was very bad for my mental health. My advice is to make changes to get yourself out of the house with a real thing to do - whether that is a job or a volunteer post, just do something that matters.

You could join a gym - lots of them have 'off peak' membership, which works out cheaper. Even better if they have a swimming pool for days like today!
You could look at local clubs, eg rambling, walking etc
See if you can volunteer. Join the WI. Take some classes at a local college.
Push yourself to go out and engage with the world. Everyone needs meaning in their lives, and that's not only being a wife & mum.

Learn something new? A friend of mine has just started a crochet class and she's really enjoying it. As it's a class she's also met some new people.

Ive only had this on mat leave, but would/did need a routine. So say the days are Mon Tues Wed, it might be Mon morning gym, Mon pm housework. Tues am long walk, Tues pm housework. Wed am treat myself to cafe brunch, Wed pm and life admin/time in front of TV. Or whatever suits you, but ai had to have a plan!

Look at your local community centres, they always have stuff on through the day.
Sometimes it's even just a cuppa and chat.
Gym, swimming, book club if you like reading.
I sometimes just take myself for a walk round the shops to get me out the house for an hour, don't need anything, have a coffee at the cafe

I am beyond excited about this when my youngest goes to school. Lots of plans so will share them with you. I do work two days a week which I guess breaks things up.
but I plan to join a gym with a spa pool. I did this pre lockdown when they had a decent crèche and would do two back to back classes foowlowdd by pools/ jacuzzi and lunch after. That pretty much filled the day.
I will have one chores day.
One day for catching up with different friend/ lunch out with DH/ maybe a second gym visit.
Also just moved house so plant to do more gardening.
Plan to take care of myself a bit more too. Current manage to make the hairdryers approx twice a year. Want to up the frequency and go to beauticians occasionally.
Long term, once I get my groove back I may volunteer as the kids school for half a day and. Long long term perhaps a dog.

You can copy my Mondays if you like:

Put laundry on and whip vacuum round. Walk (& interesting podcast!) into town. Admin morning at Costa with my iPad and a hot chocolate, a trip to the library to swap books, mooch around the pound shop for household bits, pick up groceries I couldn’t get delivered, go home, make huge mug of tea and eat bakery rolls, butcher ham & cake for lunch in front of Home & Away on catch-up. Quick tidy up and hang out laundry.
