In a funk, suggestions needed

I'll start this by saying I do feel privileged and this is definitely a first world problem. I have a good job, WFH, two fantastic teen DDs, relationship with DH is good, nice home etc. I do try to remember this when I'm feeling a bit low.

I'm just feeling a bit meh with all the daily grind of domestic duties and the same daily routine.

In the past I've relied on purchasing things or arranging exciting trips/days out for fulfilment but it just doesn't help long term and not sustainable money wise.

So wise people of MN, what simple, low cost things do you all do to perk up your days.

I know that this mood will pass but looking for some quick wins to make myself feel a bit better.

Grow your own fruit and veg, even if just starting with a couple of strawberry plants. I have never done it myself, but I always think it would cheer me up if I could eat something that I had grown myself.
Go to a yoga class.
Join your local Park Run, and focus on improving your time.
Do some voluntary work.
Try out a different recipe every week.
Sit out in the garden with a glass of wine/cup of tea and read a book.

I saw on tiktok a post about doing something for your mind, something for your body, and something for your soul every day

So your mind could be meditate/read/do a crossword, anything that needs some focus
Something for your body could be a walk or stretch
And then something for your soul is anything you really enjoy, listening to your favourite piece of music, have a cup of tea in the garden, have a bath etc

Obviously they can be quick versions too but I liked the idea of having three things to focus on

I’ve been aiming for a few minutes of art and a few minutes of exercise in the last week - tiny commitment but a few minutes invariably turns into longer once in the flow. It’s the getting started that’s the hardest bit but 2 minutes takes the pressure off. Both art and exercise give me a boost once I actually get them done!

Instead of a quick win..why not think of something to gain some longer term fulfilment?...are you satisfied socially? If not what can you do about that? Are you challenged and/or passionate about your work? If not what steps could you do to improve that?

Quick wins...bubble bath with essential oils, quick cardio blast to feel the endorphins. YouTube Pilates or yoga. Guided meditation. Favourite chocolate. Long shower and moisturise after. Give yourself a foot rub or hand massage. Scented candles.

I don’t know if you’re like me but I’ve realised I need projects. Adding in new hobbies is ok but I like to feel like I’m working towards something specific, which I can achieve and then move to something else.

If you are a project person like me then try setting yourself a goal which can be completed over the next few months. Could be anything - exercise based, house based, learn a new skill etc.

Sit in the sun (or shade) for 20 minutes with a book, or just sit in the garden if you aren't a reader.

I always find driving somewhere different to take a walk leaves me feeling good afterwards, even if I really can't be bothered to go.

Long bath and making a point of doing an exfoliate, hair mask, face mask; all the things I never seem to bother with normally.

I used to lean towards buying things for the quick hit (usually books!) But instead will browse the library and get the same results but for free and will treat myself to a nice pastry or chocolate bar to go with them when I know I've got time spare to enjoy.

Some great suggestions, thanks all.
I am project minded but I have a tendency to go all in at first and then my interest depletes. I'm definitely going to have a look into some of these suggestions. I love the idea of having 3 things to focus on.
