Where to get period pants for 11 year old in Edinburgh or Glasgow

We're at the airport Hotel waiting for our flight to Edinburgh and dd just got her first period and we're totally unprepared beyond a couple of pads she always carries in her bag. She's not comfortable so I want to get her period pants instead but order and wait for delivery, need to buy from a shop as soon as possible and have no idea where or what size would be right (she's in size 146/152cm clothes which i guess is around age 11/12 in uk child sizes), no idea if XS adult would fit or if there's somewhere that does pants in child sizes)

Any advice appreciated, don't want her first period to be miserable because I fucked up and didn't prepare, honestly thought we had more time and planned on searching for the right ones at leisure while in the UK

Where are you staying when you get to Edinburgh?

Try Primark and M&S. Sainsbury's sell them too but possibly only large stores as I couldn't find them when I went looking recently.

Superdrug. WUKA brand. Excellent.

Sainsburys also do WUKA.

Not staying in Edinburgh, just flying there and then driving to Balloch but figured Edinburgh or Glasgow are more likely to have shops selling them than Balloch.
Is there a primark easy to get to by car? As I hear parking is not good in Edinburgh but desperate times...

If you're driving to Balloch, stop en route at Glasgow Fort or Braehead? Big shopping centres, just off motorway, easy parking.

Gyle Shopping Centre's close to Edinburgh Airport (about 5 min drive) and has a Morrison's supermarket (some of them carry WUKA, not sure if this one does) and a Superdrug, also an M&S.

I would personally buy some pads from a supermarket to use this time and then get period pants for next time. I know that's not ideal, but you don't want to be driving around loads of shops trying to buy some period pants and end up getting some which are the wrong fit. Also trying to wash them in a holiday home might not be that easy.

That sounds good

We're at an Airbnb which i hope has a washing machine but if not I can just hand-wash them for now and wash properly when we get to my parents next week

Found a primark at Clydebank shopping centre and our Airbnb has a washing machine so it's all gone perfect. Thanks for the advice.
