I applied for a healthcare assistant job weeks ago and had pretty much forgot all about it thinking they didn't like my application when I got contacted today to interview over teams on Monday!
I'm already so nervous thinking about it, I don't interview well at all but think the online interview may be a bit easier.
I'm really excited (wrong word but can't think of a better one) at the thought of the job and the training/experience I could get and think I would be good at it but it's been so long since I done any care work and I'm currently working in a crappy retail job so can't even understand why they've picked to interview me.
The job would be providing care out in the community rather than hospice but due to the nature of the work any answers I try and think off to questions they may ask seem really crass.
Can anyone give me any idea of what kind of thing I can expect from the interview? I've tried looking online for some ideas about questions but can't seem to find much specific to this role. I have a habit of freezing when asked something I'm not prepared for so am hoping to go into the interview feeling a bit more confident.
