Has anyone found any that actually work?
I can still hear DH snoring whatever I do & I'm fed up of him sleeping in the spare room 😔

Quies, wax balls that you unwrap from their cottonwool and warm in your hand then mould into your ear. I have narrow shallow ear canals and one ball can be divided to fit both ears. Truly fab. Amazon or Boots or Ebay sell them.

Yes, wax mouldable ones from Boots - not perfect but definitely a help.

I like the yellow ones as some make me itch. I get them on Amazon. They are not 100% but still very helpful.

Loop earplugs are the best I've found. I've stopped waking up as soon as the first Robin starts celebrating morning. To be honest though I'm not sure any earplugs will stop you hearing loud snoring, you need a separate room and earplugs!

I use pluggerz and after trying many brands these were the only ones to sufficiently muffle husband's snoring. I've been using them for years, their washable and can't sleep without them now.

We both snore so have separate bedrooms for years now. But on holiday or when we fancy company we like to sleep in one bed and DH invested in these:

Expensive but they do work. I have to wake him when the alarm clock next to him goes on and it's not a quite one.

I hate having something in my ears, anything at all, so I still hear him but normally only if I wake up for other reasons.

I have to sleep in the spare room AND wear earplugs 🤦‍♀️ I use the mouldable wax ones (I break them in half as they are too big otherwise)

AMegaPint · 13/05/2022 08:32

Also have a snory husband and I been using Quies for years. They don't block out noise 100% (I'm not sure you will find anything that does) but they make a massive massive difference.

My DH snores and he found this nasal spray - it's amazing! After a few weeks he stopped snoring. He has to take the spray everyday and replace the spray every two weeks but it really works!
