CV - computer literacy

Do people put a computer literacy list on c.v.'s these days or is it a given that everyone will be able to use Office, graphics programs etc?

What about LaTeX - I used that over 12 years ago to write my dissertation, I don't even know if people still use it! I probably could still use it with a manual to hand, but not without. Same for other software I used a long time ago.
The actual software they ask for, I've never used, but have used a different one for a similar job three years ago (stats program)

List the software you are experienced in

Even if it was 15 years since I last used it? Does that count as experience or is it a bit fraudulent? So my CV would look like this more or less: the ones marked here, I haven't used for 15 years or so.

MS Office: Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access, Publisher*
LaTeX*: Editing of texts, tables and graphs
Graphics: Adobe Photoshop,* Affinity
Web: HTML and website design*
Analysis: Databases, Stats program
UNIX: Specific to degree*

Also we don't have a windows computer at home, so I usually use pages, Numbers, Keynote if I'm doing anything at home. I've been a sahm for a very long time, with a brief temp job 3 years ago where I used the other programs.

Oh, what happened there? Publisher, Latex, Photoshop, Website and UNIX were supposed to be marked with an asterisk!

It depends what job you're going for - I'm a Unix sys admin, so CVs for us would expect much more detail than just "Unix". But there are other roles where they will look at you with awe just for mentioning Unix.

Either way, I would want to know someone has familiarity with office tools like spreadsheets. But again, it depends on the role, and you need to tailor your CV to that.

It's not an IT job

"Conceptualise, manage and carry out scientific analyses, evaluations, presentations and publications of water quality data"
"In-depth experience in the field of hydrology and chemical-physical water quality, in project management, in handling and interpreting hydrological measurement and water quality data, experience with measurement networks and monitoring, driving licence and knowledge of R and WISKI/WQM an advantage."

I have never used R or WISKI...
