Can I ask for drink suggestions?

I'm trying to find a drink that is not too sweet, but fizzy and cold. I don't drink enough water at all, but I hate still drinks and despite my best efforts I will simply avoid drinking rather than drink a still drink unless it's coffee. I do drink sparkling water with fruit added to it but I need something that I can stock up on and take to work/out with me when I'm not at home. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Most supermarkets do flavoured sparkling water.
M&S do some flavoured water cans, I get these sometimes when I’m picking up a sandwich. They are easy as single cans to carry round etc and stay fizzy

Cawston Press. Either the Rhubarb or straight Apple. I always dilute with a little sparkling water.

Asda and Waitrose sell it

I've been drinking ugly water recently, it's basically fruit infused sparkling water in cans, no sugar, sweeteners additives etc. They use the fruit that doesn't meet pretty standards for sale. Keep them in the fridge, if out and about for work i decant cold ones into a chillys bottle so they stay cold

Love the rhubarb and apple one. Nice and tart, not sickly and isn't loaded with sugar, although I think it goes have sweeteners.
I also drink tonic water with frozen lime slices because I don't like drinking plain water or squash.

Some of the Belvoir drinks aren’t too sweet. I had a can of raspberry fizzy by them which was pretty good.

I like Robinson’s lime and mint cordial with sparkling water.

I like the Dalston soft drinks. Especially the rhubarb one, less sweet than the (also excellent Cawston one). No added sugar, no sweeteners.

Another vote for Cawston Press rhubarb. I also like firefly lemon and ginger, it’s ready to drink, but I prefer to add a good splash of water to dilute it a little.

Fevertree tonics are nice on its own, and they do a good ginger ale. Nothing artificial, I really don’t like
artificial sweeteners, and find they leave an unpleasant aftertaste.

Elderflower cordial with sparkling water

LizzieMacQueen · 24/04/2022 22:48

I love the fevertree lower calorie ginger beer. I didn't think I'd like it but it is really refreshing.

Robinsons lime and mint cordial with sparkling water.

San Pellegrino grapefruit (pompelmo) is lovely - very refreshing and not sweet

edoc · 24/04/2022 23:30

Sugar free lemonade with a few drops of angostura bitters

Dartmoorcheffy · 24/04/2022 23:33

I love fizzy but not sweet. And I hate artificial sweeteners so I either drink tonic water or I get the waitrose grapefruit squash and add sparkling water to it.

Ellenanora7 · 25/04/2022 00:28

I like tonic water with pink grapefruit juice, very tasty and not sweet.

and full of artificial sweeteners, horrible

I like flavoured tonics like fevertree or london essence but have just been diagnosed with diabetes so sticking to zero calories without artificial sweeteners atm

Dash sparkling water
Aqua Libra
San Pellegrino Essenza
Radnor Infusions

sparkling water with bitters or a very tiny bit of cordial

Feel Good has a lot lower sugar than most fizzy drinks and not too sweet

SaveWaterDrinkGin · 25/04/2022 01:40

Fevertree flavoured tonics

FelicityFlops · 25/04/2022 02:26

Lime Soda.
Chilled soda or mineral water, lime juice, ice, slice of lime.

I’m similar to you, and my DH bought me a Soda Stream for my birthday a couple of years ago. Best purchase ever!!! Way cheaper and more environmentally friendly than buying cans or bottles of sparkling beverages all the time. The bottles have lids, so you can bring a litre to work. They sell various flavoured, sugar-free tablets you can add, but I tend to drink my water plain or with a twist of lemon or a splash of cranberry juice.
