The street name and postcode associated with the business don't exist either. Wonder if it's just someone setting up and putting dummy details in(or I might wander down at 2am one Friday to see if I can get a coffee....)

There's a castle (privately owned and occupied), a livery yard, a pub and a few farms but no wax melts sellers.

There's a valeting company. And apparently the local petrol station is busier than usual.

Loads of cake makers and a hypnotherapist.

There's a trumpet playing member of the school band two doors from me but I did t find that out via Google 😜

We've got an Italian restaurant, a pub, a second hand/vintage furniture shop these are visible and obvious walking past, apparently there is also an outboard motor 'Wizard' (now I know why there are random boats on trailers that turn up at my neighbour's), a tank management company (no idea) and a canine psychotherapist.

Florist, child minder, make up artist.

Also an international psychic medium 🤔 and a limousine rental apparently operating from a 3 bedroom terraced house.

Yep. Candles, wax melts, artisan (!) soaps, more cupcakes than anywhere else in the country, artisan (again) bakery, fragrances…

Google maps is not always accurate though. There’s a garage on the nearby main road that is listed as being at a residential house on my street - unless that’s the house of the owner.

There is a bouncy castle hire business and a camping shop, supposedly located in a residential house!

Mine says there's a BetFred betting shop just around the corner. We live in a rural village and the property in question is a house in a residential street, so I'm a bit mystified at that one!
No wax melt sellers showing though - although there are undoubtedly some 'businesses ' of that type going by the local Facebook pages.

There are a lot of small business run from residential premises near me … chiropractors, chiropodists, glass crafting, beauty. None of them seem to show on Google maps.

We have a wax melt seller on our street but they’re not registered on Google maps. We have a dairy farm, tractor building company, caravan park, pet shop, ‘chauffeur service’ with pics of really old cars 🤷‍♀️, catering service, gardener and and office supplies business which is very out of place given the other businesses 😂.

Oh FFS. There's a business listed at MY HOUSE. It's some kind of marketing agency/web design company and I've lived here since 2008 so unlikely to be the people who lived here before me.
I checked Companies House and it's not on there. On the Google page there's no reviews. There's also no name or social media accounts listed, just a link to a Wordpress site which won't open due to a 'critical error'. There is a mobile phone number though, and the Google chat function.
I live in a road with houses and multiple blocks of flats so wondering if it's supposed to be 'number 2, X house, my road' as opposed to 'number 2, my road'.

No wax melt. Several cake makers and hair stylists, and also a glass and mirror shop (?) located on a street I’ve frequently walked down without noticing it. They look like all residential houses to me.
