Can one adult take two kids to peppa pig world

Said kids are 2 & 5. I just wondered in term of taking them on rides as would be on my own. My DH is working away all holidays I'm sure he does this on purpose Hmm Is it possible ?

Other option could be Duplo land part of Legoland . But I can't remember two kids being on rides when only had DC1. But then I wasn't paying that much attention, but I'm sure things like the helicopter rides were one adult, one child.

Yes but your five year old might enjoy some other rides in Paulton’s Park which they can’t go on unsupervised. Plenty of rides in Peppa Pig World are fine for three to go together but some are designed for pairs only so check this before getting in the queue. Also, the soft play might still be closed as it was throughout the pandemic.

@TheSnowyOwl thank you. Five year old is a very cautious boy. The 2 year old I imagine wouldn't even flinch at an adult roller coaster 😂

The only ride in Peppa pig world that would be a problem is George’s dinosaur but if 5 year old is tall enough he could ride alone and you wait at the gate for him.
There are quite a few rides in other areas of Paultons that you could all ride together as well.

Why would 1 adult choose to do this? Your dh has the right idea...
Not sure how you would be able to remove the sights and sounds from your memory op...

I’ve taken two to Paultons Park before several times (used to have a season ticket before they were crazy expensive). It if possible and fun, lots in PPW but also the rest of the park. If you have an adventurous and tall enough 5 year old there will be big rollercoasters they won’t be able to go in without you, but plenty you can manage. Don’t forget to take clothes for the water play area (we tend to go there last).

Yes! Season pass holder for many years with two tiny tots. We went at least weekly and loved it. Have a great time!

@Snuzzle how tall do you have to be? My 2 year old is a giant ! I must measure her accurately, but I measured her for something else where 90cm or under were free and she was well over that.

Great tips, thanks I think I'll give it a go.

@notsureaboutTAAT they need to be over 1.1m to ride alone. You could ride with her and your 5 year old ride alone if he’s tall enough. It does mean either you go first and he’s left in the queue for the next dinosaur or he’s left alone at the exit waiting for you though. It’s the only awkward ride if you’re the only adult.

My info about Legoland is about 4 years old as my D.C. are older now but I regularly used to take them both.
DuploLand rides

  • splash park would be fine if warm enough. There are two areas so you'd have to do one at a time. I don't think there is an age restriction on the top area
  • helicopters - one at a time but, if safe, you can go up with one child whilst the other waits inside the gated area (I kept DC2 strapped into his buggy or just waited until he was napping to do that
  • fairy tale brook - all of you
  • the various fairy tale shows - all of you
  • little blue train - both DC (and you if you want)
  • driving school - supposed to be 3 & over but I know plenty of 2yo who have done it
  • coastguard boat thing - all of you

Other rides/things which work

  • pirate show & Lego Friends show
  • mini land
  • Atlantis submarine
  • big green train
  • carousel

These might have a height restriction but I don't think so

  • hot air balloons
  • flying boat thing (near the fire engines)

Some others, like the spinning spiders & the fire engines, depend on the height of your DC2.

Whichever one you go to, do take a pushchair with you even if your DC2 hasn't been in one for a long time. It can be used to transport coats, snacks etc and if you need to get from one bit of the park to another quickly

We went to Peppa pig world and it was fantastic. Thanks so much everyone. We didn't do George's dinosaur as DS didn't want to ride on his own, which was a shame as he thought it looked ace. We did everything else, but not the soft play as they were stopping people entering as it was rammed as it started raining so everyone rushed in. We had a great day, highly recommend !
