How do I deal with this?

My job is very stressful. 2 people from a sub team keep trying to palm their work off onto me. My supervisor has said I'm not to do their work. This sub team keep pulling this stunt everytime my supervisor goes on annual leave by sending emails. My workload is too much as it is. I feel like crying because I feel the overall manager is going to side with the sub team. The sub team are lazy and always walk round the office chatting about non work and using their phones. I feel like deleting the main instigator off Facebook as she has no respect for me. I wish I had not accepted colleagues on Facebook. No-one gets this and they think I am a soft touch.

What do you usually reply?

Why not try- I have a number of tasks to complete if I can assist your team I will let you know or As this is outside my remit you will need see if anyone else can assist with your task!

Delete them. They think you're a soft touch because you're letting them away with it.
Everything they email you something, just email it back with 'well no, i won't be doing your job for you, but nice try xD'.

Firstly, delete them off Facebook. Just do it - now. If they say anything have a reply ready… “I’ve decided to lock my Facebook down so it’s for family and friends only”.

Secondly, how are they palming their work off onto you, how are they requesting it? Is it by email or in person? What type of work is it?

@HereForTheGloss It's invoicing and bills which I physically don't have time to do due to the sheer volume of them. They do it by email copying in the manager and supervisor because they are quite pally with the manager and they think I have been brought in as a dogs body to burn myself out and do their work. I have so much else to do. My supervisor is very supportive and has told me not to let stress get to me but I can't talk to her as she is on annual leave and I rarely go to her with problems as I am quite resilient and it does not look good if you can't cope.

I need to delete my colleagues as they are no good for me stressing me out.

Your supervisor and overall manager need to discuss this and have a clear and united front on who does what work etc.

Reply to these emails and clearly explain that you are unable to do the tasks etc due to your own high workload and you will let them know if you have extra capacity to help out. Every office has lazy blaggers and they’ll get away with it if they are able.
