Happy Mother’s Day to everyone!!!!

So nearly a year and we have a absolutely bloody nightmare with a high end hand made uk kitchen supplier. Not prepared to name yet!

There is still lots of faults which I think they just can’t fix. I must of had 5 new kitchens installed and around 20 joiners in my house.

They completely ignore you!!! As you already have to pay upfront for 100 percent of the kitchen. So there is no incentive for them to completely fix the issues.

Could go to a lawyer they have suggested 10 hrs of work to produce a letter which I’m sure they will ignore. Next step would be to employ a junior barrister

Quite honesty as they haven’t delivered what they have promised I’m happy to rip the entire thing out and get a refund….. and never see this bloody kitchen again. If I’d of known I’d get a non perfect kitchen I’d certainly wouldn’t of used them.

What would you do? Any wise wisdom ideas?

The company is useless and unable to fix it and ignore you.

Or do I get someone is really amazing and do lots of negative PR on Instagram? Twitter? As they promote their work on there …. I’m quite unless at that.

My husband doesn’t want a daily mail as they you have to show someone in your home / how much you paid blah blah

My husband doesn’t want to use the insurance company to barter with them he would prefer to pay for someone more specialist (consumer lawyer)

Now We have spent a bloody fortune on a kitchen (far more than a small claim court of £30k) where all the draws stick out and Mis- measured units - idiots!

If anyone has had a good will gesture for rubbish service from a kitchen supplier what percent have you received?

Any advise? Thank you x

I think social media might be the way forward if you aren’t having any luck

Thank you - but I defo want some cash back from the terrible service so if I did negative PR I wouldn’t get any cash back? 😬
So it might be pointless?

I'm in the process of getting a kitchen and going to various companies for quotes/ideas. I've love to know the company in question?

Did they have previous bad reviews? Did you have your own installer or use the company that supplied the kitchen?

Sorry I can’t say at the moment. Hand made wooden kitchens they had all their own joiners
Sometimes on high streets and on Instagram - look very beautiful but it’s not what they have delivered!!!

It’s beyond a joke that company - you really would think you would get this shocking service

I’ve just had enough of them.

Once I’ve sorted it - I will change it to my new mumsnet name never buy xxxxx kitchens haha
