Since 2 years i have been under way too much stress due to pregnancy. And after giving birth aswell. I had health anxiety 8 years back so for me it still difficult to go doctors and checkups and all. Well one day i was very stressed during my postpartum periods bcz i was bleeding quite alot and i noticed i lost my appetite since. Then it's been 9 month i have no appetite well i wouldsay no feeling of hunger and no hunger pangs. Later diagnosed with hpylori and gasritis after 2 month. Pain gone appetite still not back have been to gastro consultant he did xray of abdominen afyer listening my bowel habits and so on symptoms turned out to be clogged colon by long term constipation during pregnancy but still appetite not back now i didn't had periods since 4 now going to be 5now i am afraid i have endometriosis cancer. My gp thinks i have lost appetite due to stress but i had hpylori and clogged colon it's hard to believe. Can stress make you loose long term appetite? It's not i feel hungry amd not want to eat. Its just i don't feel hu gry most of the days.

Did the Dr do blood tests at all? You said you had heavy periods after the birth. Anaemia can cause loss of appetite. If you haven’t been eating well have you lost weight? Malnutrition can actually cause loss of appetite and loss of interest in food.
Stress can cause loss of appetite in some, over eating in others. Is there another Dr you could talk to at the practice?

I had all blood test done. They were all fine actually they have been checked many times in 10 month because she have been referred to specialist and endoscopy and so on.
