Coffee machines

I’ve got some Amazon vouchers I’ve saved up & would like to buy a coffee machine but looking online there are so many to choose from.
I like all types of coffee but do especially like a latte or cappucino so would like one with a separate milk frother. I have £150 in vouchers.
Can anyone recommend one please?

Aeropress (£25 ish) makes great coffee, you can make it stronger by putting less water in. Easy to clean, just press out the puck of coffee and rinse - literally 5 seconds.

Hand grinder, Hario is fairly decent.

Bodum frothing jug.

Or you could get a stove top Bialetti moka pot.

After having both and Aeropress and Stove Top for years, I'd never pay hundreds for a coffee machine.

After years of filter coffee / cafetieres / mokka pots we got a Sage Bambino Plus during lockdown and we'd never ever go back. It is a workhorse and had more than earned it's keep!

I'd keep saving and get something like that.

I got the deLonghi Authentica machine with an integrated frothing feature - it was from Amazon, and if you wait til Prime day or Black Friday, and/or look at the older models etc, you can get them for somewhere in the £200-£300 range, so your vouchers woudln't cover all of it, but quite a bit. The milk carafe detaches and is stored in the fridge, so you can use fresh milk, but you don't actually have to do the frothing - you just press a button, and it froths the milk and grinds the beans. Mine is a small footprint one that doesn't take up much room.

For lattes and cappuccinos you need more than a frother. You need one that will warm milk too else you will need to warm it yourself beforehand which defeats the purpose of spending so much money on a coffee maker. Delonghi, Sage Samsung and Siemens all have models that heat milk up and some even let you remove the milk pot so you can put it into the fridge. So it just depends on your budget and whether you prefer auto vs manual.

I have the De'longhi Nespresso Lattasima Touch which comes with an easy clean milk cartridge that lives in the fridge, just click in place turn on and add the pod and it does the rest for you. I love it, it's been an absolute workhorse for us. It is out of your budget but you do sometimes get offers and it would be worth saving up for.

I've had a few coffee machines but my favourite is the Aeropress. Super quick to use and wash, plus it has the benefit that you can easily take it on holiday. Personally I'd spend the majority of the money on a really decent milk warmer/frother, & buy some lovely coffee to go with it.

Thanks for all the suggestions, I’ll have a look at them all
