What to do for my birthday?

I know this sounds ridiculous, but I've been thinking and google-ing for a few weeks now and I'm drawing a blank.
It is my 30th birthday in a few months, and I just have no clue what would be a nice thing to do to celebrate.
I have a husband, a 3 year old and a nearly 5 year old.
We don't have any babysitters or any family help, so anything we do will require having the DC with us.
DH has said he'll have the DC for the day and I could go to a spa or beautician appointment, but I don't really want to spend the day alone. I don't have any friends, I'm a stay at home Mom and have been in the thick of parenting and just don't have friends and i dont see that changing in the next few months. Nor am I particularly close to most my family.
So what is a nice family friendly day out which would be enjoyable and special enough for a 30th birthday?
I'm in the West Midlands but would travel a bit for the right thing.
We regularly do zoos, parks, farms and similar for the DC to enjoy.
I also can't have a party as with no friends and most members of my family refusing to be in the same room it would be a waste of time and money and just give me anxiety.
Eldest DC is autistic so nothing with really loud noises as its a big trigger for him.
We usually would prefer takeaways to meals out as the youngest gets bored as soon as he's eaten, his attention span is lacking so museum's are out. A Saturday night takeaway doesn't feel super special.

Any suggestions?
I'm just thinking someone might read this and immediately think of something perfect.
I know its basically a long list of things we can't do, but that's why I've encountered a problem.
Thanks in advance.

Rent a cottage by the sea for a couple of nights?

Book a hotel for the night and order room service?

Perhaps one with a spa so you could have some time to relax while your husband takes the children out.

Can you go away for the weekend ? Then once the kids are in bed have a nicer take away something you don't normally have.

Re food - many restaurants are still doing delivery boxes where you finish the meal off at home. That would be nice.
For example
shop.rickstein.com/pages/steins-at-home

Or
coteathome.co.uk/

We did something similar for my birthday in lockdown and it definitely felt more special than a takeaway.

You could get go Barmouth, Wales from where you live and have a quiet family break.

If you can somewhere quiet for the weekend as suggested. When my son was young, holidays were a nightmare. I used to take familiar things, put him in his bedroom for that time and surround him with his things so he could acclimatise to new surroundings.

Stay in a castle for a night

www.historic-uk.com/CastleHotels/

Then get room service cocktails for you to enjoy when children are asleep x

Have you considered one of the 'at home' meal boxes that some restaurants are now offering? The food is usually better quality than a takeaway and they usually don't require much effort (shove in the oven for specified time in most cases). If you do want a little bit of pampering some therapists can offer some treatments in the home.
