Selling at a car boot sale

What prices should we ask for?

Never done one before but one is coming to us locally. I have plenty to sell in terms of clothes mostly from Next, Marks and Spencer, John Lewis etc. just wondering if it's worth or if Vinted would be a better option. Thanks.

If its good quality clothing I would recommend Vinted. At car boot sales you will generally find that lot of folk want something for virtually nothing.

Thanks. The stuff is good condition. I just can't be bothered being haggled down to 50p an item.

Depends if you're there to make money, or get rid of stuff and cover your pitch fee.

I sell eveythign off cheap - because I'm having a clear out. So all clothes are like 50p-£1 each. Books 10/20p, games/puzzles 50p etc

You’ll struggle to sell clothes ime. People will soon grab the good stuff and want to pay pennies for it. You need to work out if you’re there to make money or there to clear out. If you don’t want to bring it back then set at £1 an item. If this galls, you’re better off selling the lot on Facebook as a bootsale joblot and let someone else do the work for you! You’d be surprised by how many people will buy a job lot of stuff to then sell on.
