What foods have you noticed a price rise for recently?

You used to be able to get 5 bagels for £1 at Asda. It's now £1.60.

I'm an Aldi shopper and don't look overly at the things I buy all the time, but recently I have noticed things e.g product was £1.99 forever now £2.39 suddenly. If there's 30p on every product you're seeing a massive increase. My shop is over £100 every week normally and I just see that rising and rising. I aim to buy less meat and have more meals like risotto, baked potatoes, home made quiche. I refused to buy enough fish for a main meal for 5 (£18) and made kedgeree instead (delicious) but the fish was still £10. Going to a fish- monger, which I'd prefer to do- would beva prohibitive cost.

The family restaurant chains have also increased prices by several pounds on some of their dishes. Newly reprinted menus used to be exciting as it usually meant spotting new dishes. Now it means (often sneaky) hyper inflationary price increases

The only thing I noticed was the same price as six months ago was Tesco own brand washing up liquid ie still 38 pence. Aldi price fix pledge by Tesco for certain items.
