Have you been to the doctor for your bowels? X

OnceuponaRainbow18 · 23/02/2022 17:57

Get your bowels checked.

What’s your diet like?
Exercise?
Down time?
Multi vits?

Have you had any blood tests? I'd consider getting Thyroid function test

Sounds like stress/anxiety. Do you feel stressed or anxious?
WindyHail · 23/02/2022 18:01

Bowel issue ongoing. Tests have found nothing. I do have anxiety yes but I've never been physically ill like this before. I get very little down time.

Usually exercise twice a week but foot injury stopped this.

You'd be amazed of all the physical symptoms anxiety can cause - almost anything really speaking from experience. Would encourage fresh air and exercise which should help you sleep well-that is half the battle. Then you need to find some way to build in relaxation techniques which I know is easier said than done. I'd look at how I could make some lifestyle changes first. Others might say to seed medication from the gp. Personally I would do that but only if you make changes yourself and don't feel better. Some deep breathing before bedtime would be good - have you seen the 'calm' app

I'm waiting for workplace counselling so that may help
