Constant hangover feeling without drinking

I'm going through a stressful and intense period in work. The other day I boiled the kettle at least 8 times during the day for a cup of coffee. It wasn't until about 8 in the evening by the time I finally got a chance to get a cup of coffee. I was in work all day. Quite simply that was nonsense. It should have been nearly bedtime for me at that stage. There's always someone trying to pull my time. I know there's laws about working hours and lunch breaks but they mean sweet F all in my role. It feels like I need to choose between dinner, a shower and sleep because there's no time for them all.

Im running on small snatches of sleep and I am finding it hard. I had a shower yesterday and I felt so good after it. My back is up against the wall. Everything is forced out of whack - sleep, showers, meals because of work, work, work.

I'm ok right now. I am drinking plenty of water and focusing on smoothies and nutrition that way but this schedule is a long hall one for the next three weeks.

I am looking for ideas to give me loads of energy. Are there any shower gels thats will give you a boost? Vitamins or minerals for energy.

Right now every day feels like a hangover even though I am not drinking.

You could be dehydrated, despite drinking water, and could try adding electrolytes.

Ummmm, get a new job? Sounds awful. Life is for living. A shower gel isn't going to fix this.

When I feel like that through work (NHS and pretty sure it is dehydration as gets so hot on the wards) I drink original lucozade and that always makes me feel better, although not as much as since the sugar tax when they replaced some with artificial sweetener. I've reached the conclusion that is low blood sugar as well as dehydration that does it and that's why it helps with that 'hangover' feeling.
