Just that- what does the average healthy daily diet for a 2, 5 and 10 year old look like to you?

Well I have an 11 year old but I guess you would just give the little two the same but less.

Breakfast: is cereal such as shreddies or cheerios with a glass of milk and a small bowl of assorted berries

Lunch; if not at school is a jacket potato or a wrap with some cheese and various veggie sticks such as carrot, cucumber, tomatoes and a yogurt.

Afternoon snack if he's had lunch at school: boiled egg, glass of milk and chocolate spread on toast

Tea: tends to be spag bol, shepherd's pie, roast chicken, stir fry etc. Always has a mix of protein, carbs and veg. Pudding is generally fruit or pancakes with fruit etc

I will also say though he swims 2 to 3 hours every night so does eat a large quantity of food.

It's the weekend so we haven't been together all day.

Toddler (19months): breakfast- 1.5 weetabix with 6oz whole milk on top, mid morning- a mini cake, yoghurt, lunch- meat and veg gyoza, rusk, fruit

8yr old: breakfast- toasted cinammon and raisin bagel and yoghurt,
Lunch- scrambled egg and wholemeal toast, some gyoza

Teenager: breakfast- shreddies and whole milk, fruit, Lunch- leftover gammon, tartiflette and salad from last night, snack- pho

Dinner tonight is going to be salmon fillet, veg, potatoes, rice pudding and fruit and the toddler will probably drink another 6oz of milk with it.

I try to make sure they all eat healthily but they're all off fruit for some reason at the mo. And forget about myself tbh! I've had a slice of toast all day Blush
