Episiotomy, blood loss, resulting low iron. Breastfeeding problems

Hi everyone.
Two days ago I had a vbac delivery in which my baby needed to be assisted via forceps, kiwi and episiotomy.
My bum and vagina are in a bad way. I lost lots of blood. 700ml at least.
Now my milk is slow to come through and it's probably because my iron is low.
Taking iron supplements will probably cause hard stools, which will inflame and aggravate my anal/vaginal injury.
Has anybody been in this boat? What did you do? This is most likely my last baby and I cannot explain to you how much I want to breastfeed him.
Please help.

Probably someone with a lot more experience will come along in a min. I was desperate to feed my last baby as I couldn’t with my first. So I can only offer what i did.
Lots of oats, water and eggs; apparently helps produce more milk.
Pumped between feeds ( Mandela double pump). Fed on demand.
Reached out to local breastfeeding support and asked to be referred to breastfeeding support team by midwives.
Tongue tie was found and sorted. In the interim nipple guards.
Breastfeeding support held my hand over teams so I knew if I was on the right track.
It was bloody hard but after two weeks it got easier. Now 10 months on we are still going strong.
Make sure the people around you are supporting you.
With reference to low iron make sure you are taking in some vitamin c as you can’t absorb iron without it.
