Dd has Autism. She gets very run down trying to cope in NT school.
She has post viral / long covid fatigue (since Easter 2000) & is on a 50% timetable. GP says she must 'take it as it comes'.
She gets frequent nosebleeds. Has had low iron (

Yes because it could be appendicitis. My mum dismissed my pain as potentially period related at a similar age. Fortunately when staying at my aunts she didn't and I was sent by ambulance to have my appendix removed.

could be appendicitis so yes, get it checked or call NHS 24

Lower right abdominal pain was an ovarian cyst for me. Always worth getting stuff checked!

Second vote for ovarian cyst. I have PCOS and have had a cyst burst which was more painful than childbirth. I also had one causing me pain during early pregnancy which created a suspected ectopic.

Ask for female GP is possible.

Get her to tuck her legs up and put a thermometer in the crease at the top of each leg. If it's raised that's certainly an indicator of appendicitis/something else.

As mentioned above, try phoning NHS. Whatever they say though if she gets worse or it's ongoing, then A&E. My DD when she had an appendicitis, but when I phoned NHS they told me to bypass doctor as they wouldn't be able to do anything and go to A&E. Not everyone will have it, but my DD was sick and it was a dark green colour which apparently indicates an infection.

Thank you everyone for replying.
I've got her home from school now. They said there is a vomiting bug 'rampant' atm. She's had a cheese sandwich & a hot choc & sitting quietly on sofa. I'll keep checking & I'm 7m from an A&E if necessary.
