Paying for b12 injections

I am so tired I can't function, I've had everything checked I eat well, I'm not stressed, I get lots of sleep, don't drink but I'm exhausted GP said my b12 is low but not low enough for injections. How can I find someone to give me b12 injections that I pay for as I'm sure that's what I need.

Insulin pens are not entirely without pain, I'm on 6 jabs a day and by goodness some do hurt. Painless? Ha!

How often do those who inject themselves do it? Is it still every 3 months?

Only very slightly off thread....the scientist who discovered the structure of B12.

Just watched this short film about this trailblazing woman.

You can inject every 8 weeks according to NICE. Read Dr Myhill's website but I don't think there is any danger of taking too much as far as I can remember - it doesn't have a toxicity level. If I remember correctly she said the only way you could harm yourself with B12 is if you accidentally fell in a vat of the stuff. But do double check on that!

If you can’t face injecting yourself with a big needle, b12 can be given subcutaneously with a tiny needle
