What’s fashionable for a diamond ring these days?

I’ve been given a bit of money to treat myself and I’ve always wanted a diamond ring. I’ve always liked the ones with 3 diamonds in a row but my adult daughter thinks they’re unfashionable.

So what is fashionable?

This will be worn on my wedding ring finger instead of the engagement ring I was given 35 years ago. (Which I still love and will still wear at times).

Ovals are in. Halos are in. Pear shaped halos are beautiful.

I personally don’t like any cut other than brilliant round.

If you go lab grown you get more diamond for your money.

Buy second hand. Get them remodelled. Don't go fashionable. Pick a style you like. Apart from 2018 to maybe 2025 a trio of nice diamonds is timeless.
Ignore your daughter and get something you love!
